I’m Valentin Bikibili, and the journey to building Viria Venture didn’t begin in a boardroom—it began in a small room with big dreams.
I was born and raised in Cameroon, Central Africa, where entrepreneurship was often seen as a privilege reserved for the wealthy or well-connected. Like many in underserved communities, I didn’t have capital, mentors, or elite business degrees. What I had was a story, a hunger to grow, and a belief that knowledge – when applied with grit – could transform lives.
When I immigrated to the U.S., I faced the challenges so many immigrants and first-time founders know too well: working multiple jobs, navigating culture shock, and holding tightly to a dream while just trying to survive. I saw people like me – brilliant, hardworking, full of ideas – struggling not for lack of ambition, but for lack of access, guidance, and a roadmap that fit their reality.

Viria Venture was born out of passion, pressure, and perseverance. I turned my struggles into a strategy, and developed what I wish I had when I started – a clear, lean system for launching a business without funding, without fluff, and without waiting.
Today, I’m the author of Cash-Strapped to Cash Flow, creator of the LIFT Framework, and founder of Viria Venture – a global platform built to help people like you turn your life experience into profitable, purpose-driven ventures.
Through our books, programs, business coaching, and our Viria Hub in Yaoundé, we help entrepreneurs start smart, spend less, profit faster – and build legacy from the ground up.

Meaning Behind
Viria Venture
The name “Viria Venture” is rich in meaning and intentionally chosen to reflect the essence of our mission.
The word “Viria” originates from the Swahili word “Viria,” meaning “to connect” or “to link.” This aligns directly with our goal: to connect entrepreneurs, founders, and innovators on a budget with better opportunities, tools, mentorship, coaching, courses, book writing, and a path to sustainable success.
The second part of our name, “Venture,” stands for bold projects, courageous moves, and innovation – even when the road is uncertain. It represents the entrepreneurial spirit of taking action, building from scratch, and daring to dream bigger despite constraints.
